This study aims to objectively assess the efficiency of VR in treating implicit bias by measuring heart rate and scoring on the Implicit Assessment Test (IAT). I designed this research methodology based on a literature review of past studies that used VR for phobia treatment. Based on this, I created a virtual environment in which participants encounter virtual humans with either white or black ethnic features. The measurements are performed before and after participation and twice a week to determine if there has been a change in implicit bias and whether it is affected by multiple exposures. The prediction is that the experience will prove useful as a means of cultural diversity training that will help users make impartial decisions.
